Hi Zafer, is difficult to confirm the identification of this species with the photo. Two distintive features that could help are the presence of dark spots on the first dorsal fin ray and the upper edge of the tail fin and the teeth visible when the mouth is closed. We should wait to have a close up picture to be sure this is the Saurida undosquamis

Hi! Because of the lack of black stripes on caudal fin upper uppermost ray and the yellow blue horizontal stripes on body, it could be Synodus saurus..Best wishes..
